A practical draft of how Edvora School OS handles personal data, school data, support data, and website analytics.
Edvora may collect account details, school records, role information, product usage needed to operate the service, support messages, and feedback submitted by users. Public marketing analytics are optional and only load after consent.
Data is used to provide Edvora School OS, support school workflows, improve reliability, respond to support requests, and understand consented website behavior such as page views and CTA clicks.
Feedback is not shown publicly unless the user gives permission and Edvora approves it for public display. Private school records are not used as marketing proof without explicit approval.
Edvora does not load GA4 or Microsoft Clarity until analytics consent is accepted. With consent, first-party Visitor Intelligence also records normalized page journeys, referral origins, campaign labels and approximate device/browser information using a random browser identifier. Authenticated sessions can be associated with an Edvora account and institution. Only the Edvora platform owner can view this history. Raw IP addresses, credentials, form values, URL secrets and fingerprinting signals are not stored in visitor analytics. Sessions are retained for 90 days after last activity; consent can be withdrawn on the Cookie Policy page.
